He, the resonance of this shower
He the fragrance of this rain
He the hue and shade of this downpour
Came as the very Rain
For she who solicited rain.
I have safeguarded this Rain’s affection
in a glass jar
to chitchat with him
when I get drenched so thoroughly•
In this bluish rain
I let my feet float
As winged fish
floating they bury themselves
in the warmth of his chest!
He the Rain and the fish
and this Night plus
What else?
Streaming down the window bars
He has filled my entire cabin!
Two velvety black eyeballs wait
for the opportune time
to soak me so wholly!
And I!
Am aching for getting thoroughly drenched
In this night
He, Me
and the Rain!
இம்மழையின் ஒலியானவன்
இம்மழையின் மணமானவன்
இம்மழையின் நிறமானவன்
மழை வேண்டும் என்றவளுக்கு
மழையாய் வந்தான்!
கண்ணாடி குடுவையில் பத்திரபடுத்தி வைக்கிறேன்
இம்மழையின் நேசத்தை
நான் முழுவதும் நனையும்
வேளையில் அவனுடன் கதைப்பதற்கு!

என் பாதங்களை
நீந்த விடுகிறேன்
இறகு முளைத்த மீனாய்
நீந்தி அவன் மார்பின்
கதகதப்பில் தன்னை புதைத்து கொள்கிறது!
மழையானவனும் மீனும்
பின் இந்த இரவும்
வேறென்ன?!

ஜன்னலின் கம்பிகளில்
வழிந்து
என் அறை முழுவதும்
நிறைந்து விட்டான் அவன்!
இரு கருவிழிகள் என்னை முழுவதும் நனைத்து விட
நேரம் பார்கிறது
நானோ!
அம்மழையில் நனைந்துவிட துடிக்கின்றேன்
இவ்விரவில்
அவனும் நானும்
மழையும் !
