Just the two-legged man alone
deserves to live on
When he walks leaps and flies
the button being unfastened by the world
for his sake
In the third page of a Daily
it makes immaculate attire for him
Adorns him with suffocating helmet
and iron gloves
Along with it all, for him to sleep
a solid wooden-box.

அறுக்கும் பட்டன்களின் உலகம்
இரண்டு கால் உள்ள மனிதனே
உயிர் வாழ தகுதியுள்ளவன்
அவன் நடக்கவும் தாவவும்
பறக்கவும் செய்யும்போது
உலகம் அவனுக்காய்
பட்டன் அவிழ்க்கிறது
ஒரு நாளிதழின்
மூன்றாம் பக்கத்தால் அவனுக்கு
நேர்த்தியாக ஆடைசெய்கிறது
மூச்சு முட்ட அவனுக்கு தலைக்கவசமும்
இரும்புக்கையுறையும் அணிந்து
அழகுபார்க்கிறது
கூடவே அவன் உறங்க
உறுதியான ஒரு மரப் பெட்டியும்
அவன் நடக்கவும் தாவவும்
பறக்கவும் செய்யும்போது
உலகம் அவனுக்காய்
பட்டன் அவிழ்க்கிறது
ஒரு நாளிதழின்
மூன்றாம் பக்கத்தால் அவனுக்கு
