I would have my dreams repose there
The shade of building
causes itching all over the body
Greater cities are indeed perilous
Can’t entrust in the hands of humans.
They are more dangerous.
Along with my dreams
they ask my very life
as human sacrifice.
I have to go past
bending folding curling creeping
and what not
With the wings broken a little
ripened dry leaves
softly all too softly
sprinkle all over my being
as flowers myriad
Tree shade would be enough
I would have my dreams repose there.
மரத்தடி நிழல்போதுமானது
என் கனவுகளை இளைப்பாறுதல் வைப்பேன்
கட்டிட நிழல் உடம்பெங்கும்
நமைச்சல் உண்டாக்குகிறது
பெருநகரம் ஆபத்தானது
மனிதர்களிடம் ஒப்படைக்க முடியாது
அதை விட ஆபத்தானவர்கள்
கனவுகளுடன்
என்னையும் நரபலி கேட்கிறார்கள்
நெளிந்து
குழைந்து
வளைந்து தான் கடக்கவேண்டியிருக்கிறது
கொஞ்சம் சிறகுகள் ஒடிந்து
பழுத்த சருகுகள்
சன்னம் சன்னமாக என் மேனியெங்கும்
பூக்களாக தூவ தூவ
ஒரு மரத்தடி நிழல் போதுமானது
என் கனவுகளை இளைப்பாறுதல் வைப்பேன்
