Stretching the legs in Sangam Age

Inserting sharp-nose in the Machine Age

A red-legged white stork keeps flying nonstop

Carrying

for more than 2000 years

a poet’s

poverty

Poem

the love he sent for his wife

Seeing the eyes of the fishing stage

It would alight on the ground without fail.

At that time

with its one red-leg

it would kick the Earth-ball

straight.

Covering my person with my hand

I would offer at its feet
