Water is but the heart of Soil.

Root is the nerve.

Trees are the battalions.

Sea is Earth’s comrade.

Wind is Land’s breath.

Volcanoes , land’s fever

Valleys, Land’s pits

Mountains, the lumps.

The Moon faraway

is Land’s daughter dear

Stars

her best pals.

Clouds lovers of Earth

Those flying across the Milky Way

near and far

Sky’s populace.

Earth’s sweat-droplets.

Sun is the father of Land.

Without burning the Earth

He keeps providing the required warmth

and heat

From afar.

Every now and then

Mother Earth keeps wiping off

the sweat-drops _

which are our Deaths.

நீர் என்பது

நிலத்தின் உள்ளம்

வேர் என்பது

நிலத்தின் நரம்பு

மரங்களே நிலத்தின் படைகள்

கடல் என்பது

பூமியின் தோழன்

காற்று என்பது

நிலத்தின் மூச்சு

எரிமலைகள் நிலத்தின் காய்ச்சல்

பள்ளத்தாக்குகள் நிலத்தின் குழிகள்

மலைகள் நிலத்தின் புடைப்புகள்

தூரத்தில் இருக்கும் நிலா

நிலத்தின் மகள்

நட்சத்திரங்கள்

மகளின் தோழிகள்

மேகங்கள் பூமியின் காதலர்கள்

தொட்டும் தொடாமலும்

பட்டும் படாமலும்

வான் வீதியில் பறந்து செல்வன

பூமியின் மக்கள்

நிலத்தின் வியர்வைத்துளிகள்

சூரியனோ நிலத்தின் தந்தை

நிலத்தை சுட்டுவிடாமல் தேவையான வெப்பத்தை

தேவையான தூரத்திலிருந்து தந்து கொண்டேயிருக்கிறான்

வியர்வைத்துளிகளை அவ்வப்போது நிலமகள்

துடைத்து எறிகிறாள்

அவையே நம் மரணங்கள்
