ETERNAL BLOOM

In truth, a Death is not even like
a flower drooping and dropping
Nor like a fruit turning ripe and coming off
It weighs not even a strand of peacock’s plume
it weighs nothing at all
As an absolutely unhindered process
it waits on its own and materializes.

as something that is nothing materializing
as sunset happening.

A small fish-market
The sand that came along with every fish
accumulating
day by day
the fish market became a small sea-yard of sort.

Halting the smell of fish that surged
I climbed down and looked.
with all waves, there _
The Sea.

Middle-aged mother and daughter
Cross the road

The daughter,four inch taller
than the mother

Picking up a thing that gets lost in the mother
with the adornment of Time
appears the Daughter

The daughter with a daughter
would cross to the other side
some day

Four inch taller
somewhat more beautiful face
shape and form
with the adornment of Time
another daughter to
the daughter

Thus
inch by inch
grows
the eternal bloom.

வாடா மலர்

உண்மையில் ஒரு மரணம் ஒரு மலர் உதிர்வது போலும் கூட இல்லை
பழம் கனிந்து இறங்குவது போலும் கூட இல்லை
மயிலிறகின் கனமும் அதற்கு இல்லை
எந்த எடையும்
இல்லை
தங்குதடையின்றி
தானாய் காத்திருந்து
நிறைவேறுகிறது
ஒன்றுமில்லாத ஒன்று
நிறைவேறுதல் போல
அஸ்தமனம்
நிகழ்வது போல

குட்டியான மீன் சந்தை
ஒவ்வொரு மீனுடனும் வந்து சேர்ந்த மணல்
நாளடைவில்
சேகரமாகி
சிறிய கடல்முற்றம் போலாயிற்று
மீன் சந்தை
விரைந்து வந்த மீன்மணத்தை நிறுத்தி
இறங்கிப் பார்த்தேன்
அலையடித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தது
கடல்

நடுவயதுத்தாயும் மகளும்
சாலையைக் கடக்கிறார்கள்
தாய்க்கு நான்கு இஞ்ச் உயரம் மகள்
தாயிடம் காணமல் போகும்
ஒன்றினையெடுத்து
கால அலங்காரம்
செய்து வைத்தது போலே
இருக்கிறாள்
மகள்
மகள் ஒருமகளுடன் மீண்டும்
இதே சாலையைக் கடப்பார்கள்
பிறிதொரு நாளில்
நான்கு இஞ்ச் உயரம் அதிகம்
கொஞ்சம் கூடுதல் முகப்பொலிவு
கட்டுமானம்
கால அலங்காரம் செய்து
வைத்தது போலே
மகளுக்கு
இன்னொரு மகள்

இப்படியாக
இஞ்ச் இஞ்சாக
வளர்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது
