THE STAR

The world that I see through the windows

is indeed more wonderful than
the ordinary world.

My love for the windows is
as high as the sky
Nay – as much as the earth
Hey – no
more than that, oh much more, you know…..

For seeing anyone, unseen
we look through the windows, don’t we?

In all those journeys
where parting is sheer agony
it is through the window we wave our hand
crying ‘so long’

In all our journeys
we glimpse at the world
through the windows.

That’s why I declare _
the world that I see through the windows
is indeed more spectacular
than the actual one.
