Nightmares aplenty have the power of

turning our sleep topsy-turvy

Will there be anyone weaving something

like the mosquito net

for enabling us have dreamless sleep, I wonder...

Within the borders of dreamlands

big and small

sleep shrinks.

Whom to ask for the translation rights of

dreams incomprehensible?

Midnight dreams don’t turn out to be

better than daydreams.

What to tell those formless lot

chasing me in dreams

as faceless species.

In the blood-curdling scream

born of nightmares

those nearby swallow fear.

Just as Life sans desires

what is to be renounced

for a life without dreams?

கொசுக்களுக்கற்ற உறக்கத்திற்கான

வலையைப்போல ஏதேனுமொன்றை

வடிவமைப்பவர் யாரோ?

பெரிதும், சிறிதுமான கனவுவெளிகளின்

எல்லைகளுக்குள் சுருங்கிப்போகின்றது துயில்..

இ்ன்னதென்று புரியாத கனவுகளின் மொழிபெயர்ப்பு உரிமைகளை யாரிடம் கேட்பது?

பகற்கனவுகளை விட நடுநிசிக் கனவுகள்

நல்லவையாக அமைவதில்லை..

முகமிலிகளாய்க் கனவில் துரத்தும் அரூபங்களுக்கு என்ன சொல்லிப்

புரிய வைப்பது?

அகோரக் கனவின் அலறலில்

அச்சத்தை விழுங்குகின்றனர் அருகிலிருப்போர்.

ஆசைகளற்ற வாழ்வைப் போல

கனவுகளற்ற வாழ்க்கைக்கு

எதைத் துறக்க வேண்டும்?
