When a bird flies high

in the sky

the desire to fly alongside

keeps growing inside

To feel the fireflies and rejoice.

To converse with the stars

To wade through the clouds

_ so on and so forth

wishes galore those days.

With my fantasies

sprouting into wings within me

I go flying afar.

Beneath me

surging seas

dense jungles in deep silence.

The mountains would stand tall and erect.

Heeding to the wind

the trees would swing their heads

The groves would stand in delicate splendour

The tenacious Wind

Rivers that flow breaking barricades

Despite falling the waterfalls would

rise up and flow

Many a rise and fall

inherent in Nature

merging in humans too

resulting in empathetic understanding

making it possible for the world to go on.

பறவையொன்று

வானிலே பறந்து போகும் போது

அதனுடன் சேர்ந்து பறக்க

எனக்குள்ளும்

ஆசை வளர்கிறது

மின்மினிகளைத் தொட்டு மகிழ

நட்சத்திரங்களுடன் உரையாட

மேகங்களிடையே புகுந்து செல்ல

இன்னுமின்னும்

எத்தனையோ ஆசைகள்

அப்போதெல்லாம்...

எனது கற்பனைகள்

ஒவ்வொரு சிறகாக

எனக்குள் முளைக்க

நான் பறந்து போகிறேன்

எனக்குக் கீழே

பொங்கும் கடலலைகள்

அமைதி காக்கும் அடர்ந்த வனங்கள்

நிமிர்ந்து நிற்கும் மலைகள்

காற்றுக்கு இணங்கி ...

தலையசைக்கும் மரங்கள்

ஒய்யாரமாய் நிற்கும் சோலைகள்

அடம் பிடிக்கும் காற்று

தடைகளை ...

உடைத்துப் பாயும் நதிகள்

வீழ்ந்தாலும்...

எழுந்தோடும் அருவிகள்

இயற்கைக்குள் இருக்கும்

எழுச்சியும் வீழ்ச்சியும்

காலமெல்லாம்

மனிதர்களுக்குள்ளும் இரண்டறக் கலக்க

ஏற்பட்ட புரிந்துணர்வால்தான்

வெகு காலம் பயணம் செய்கிறது

இந்த உலகம்
