WORD ACIDIC

Just as the sharp beak of a tiny bird

that pierces a sturdy tree so bitingly

reaches right up to the innermost heart

an acidic word

Causing upheaval in the mind

that was lying quietly

like a baby

the morbid word from out of blue

ridicules

It ruins all too nonchalantly

The tower of Love

Erected inch by inch

With no wastage whatsoever

That raw word

coming out of

beautiful appearances

peels of the very self

……………………………..

Disrupting there, the sleep of Buddha

under the Tree of Enlightenment

has just now come along the street

a Word acidic.

அமில வார்த்தை

வைர மரமொன்றைக் கொத்திக்குடையும்

சிறு பறவையின் கூரிய அலகுகளாய்

ஆழ் மனம் வரை

ஆழ ஊடுருவுகிறது

அமில வார்த்தை

தொட்டிலில் மழலையாய்

அமைதியாயிருக்கும்

சிந்தை குலைத்து

எகத்தாளமிடுகிறது

எதிர்பாராது வந்த அமில வார்த்தை

சிறுகச் சிறுகச் சேகரித்து

சிக்கனமாய்க் கட்டிவைத்த

அன்பின் சிகரத்தையும்

சிந்திக்காமல் சிதைத்துப்போகிறது

அழகழகான தோற்றத்துக்குள்ளிருந்தும்

வெளிப்பட்டு வரும்

அவ் அம்மண வார்த்தை

சுயத்தையே உரித்துப்போடுகிறது

அதோ அந்தப்

போதிமரத்துப் புத்தனின்

சயனத்தைக் கலைத்திருக்கிறது

இப்போது தெருவழி வந்த

ஓர் அமில வார்த்தை!
