WORDSEA

The shadow with its feet on every leaf

has suffered no pain in aiding

by covering and removing the sheet of darkness

ebbing and flowing as waves

The breeze travelling from the fierce branch

never thanks the universe of Light

nor seeks solace

The wind moves on as pregnant cow

That which is the torso of earth

merging with grass

and that which is the body of grass

appeasing the hunger of earth

don’t cause wonder and awe.

This is an enchanting world

The eyes dancing on the bush of river

crouching in the pond

straightened the luscious bow

aiming the arrow of passion

With the midday growing hotter

asking the green tree some shade

the tiger shrouded in the skin of cow

feign

The day sinking in water

blood oozing out of bamboo scratch

The flowers laughed

If released from the tap

suicide is the only course.

The world became the calf

Plunged not in amazement.

In the heady aroma of the

mutton shop filling the nostrils

from the word-sea

discerning taste leaving the mind

on returning home

deadly hunger gripped the shepherd boy.

இருள் போர்வையை

போர்த்துவதும் விலக்குவதுமாய்

ஒத்தாசை நல்கிட

அலையாய் இயங்குவதில்

வலி கண்டதில்லை

முரடானக் கிளையிலிருந்து

பயணிக்கும் தென்றல்

ஒளிப் பிரபஞ்சத்திற்கு

நன்றி சொல்வதும் இல்லை

ஆறுதல் தேடுவதும் இல்லை

சினைப் பசுவாக

இயங்குகிறது காற்று

புவியுடல் ஆனது

புல்லுடல் சேர்வதும்

புல்லுடல் ஆனது

புவிப்பசி தீர்ப்பதும்

வியப்பில் ஆழ்த்தவில்லை

விந்தை உலகிது

குளம் பதுங்கியிருந்த

நதியின் புதரில்

கண்கள் கோலமிட்டு

மோகத்தில் நாணேற்றியது

சூடான நண்பகல்

பசுமரத்திடம் நிழல்கேட்டு

பசுந்தோல் போர்த்திய

புலி வேஷமிடுகிறது

நீர்மூழ்கும் பகல்

மூங்கில் சிராய்ப்பிலிருந்து

வழியும் குருதி

காற்றில் சிலம்பாடுகிறது

பூக்கள் சிரித்தன

குழாயிலிருந்து விடுபட்டால்

இனி தற்கொலைதான்

கன்றானது உலகம்

வியப்பில் ஆழ்த்தவில்லை

நாசித் துளைக்கும்

கறிக்கடை வாசனையால்

சொல் ஆழியிலிருந்து

ரசனை மறந்து

ஆறாதப் பசியுண்டானது

வீடு திரும்பிய

ஆடுமேய்க்கும் சிறுவனுக்கு
