THE ACT OF BALANCING

Reflections breaking in the

swing and sway of brimming water

are but droplets of Love

of this great grand universe

In buffalo’s dark skin

the dance of atoms millions

The soft fire of its breath

determines Time’s direction.

She, the White Crane

- my optical companion

sitting beside me

balancing in her one leg -

Is it Gravitation alone?

சமனிடல்

நீரின் தளும்பலில்

உடையும் விம்பங்கள்

பிரபஞ்சப் பெருவெளியின் நேசத்துளிகள்

எருமையின் கருந்தோலில்

கோடியணுக்களின் நடனம்..

அதன்

மூச்சுக்காற்றின் மென்கனல்

காலத்தின்

திசையைத் தீர்மானிக்கிறது

அருகமர்ந்த வெண்கொக்கெனும் ஒளியியல் தோழி

ஒற்றைக்காலில் சமன்செய்வது

புவியீர்ப்பை மட்டும்தானா...
