THE VISION OF AN ANGEL
Along the still snowy Maarkazhi street
The old lady carrying Coriander
proceeds spreading fragrance.
Intervening, a domestic woman
asks for a bunch of Coriander
‘One bunch is enough’ says she.
Her little girl beside her
pleads to buy two bunches
Why asks the mother
and the little girl says
“if we buy two
the grandma’s load will be reduced’.
Smiling thankfully for getting the vision of an angel
The old lady crosses the rest of the street
effortlessly.
