A strand of feather seen

in a landscape filled with luscious green

has come from the world within

to the world without.

Caressing with the feather

is a kind of peace so rare

inserting the strand of feather inside a

medicinal oil bottle

and applying it on the pain

the heart goes from the outer world

to the world within

That velvet of a strand of feather

is like touching and feeling the shade

offered by a tree

The heart to access it needs to experience

hugs galore now, My Love

That the human has to realize one from another

So structured this life’s vision, my Ammu Dear

பசுமை நிறைந்த நிலக் காட்சியில்

காணக்கிடைக்கும் ஓர் இறகு

தன்வய உலகிலிருந்து

புறவுலகிற்கு வந்திருக்கிறது.

பறவை இறகால் வருடிக் கொள்வது

ஒருவகை சாந்தம்.

தைலப் புட்டியினுள் ஓர் இறகால் துழாவி

வலியின் மேல் பூசுகையில்

புறவுலகிலிருந்து தன்வய உலகிற்கு போகிறது மனம்.

ஒரு இறகின் அந்த வெல்வெட்

ஒரு மரம் தரும் நிழலைத்

தொட்டுப் பார்ப்பதைப்போல..

மனம் இதை அடைய ஆயிரம் ஆயிரம் தழுவலைப்

பெற வேண்டும் அன்பே.

ஒரு மனிதன் ஒன்றிலிருந்து ஒன்றை அறியும்படிதான்

இந்த வாழ்வு தரிசனமாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது அம்மு.

If you think of saying adieu to a love

serving food to the fish in tank

Tear off from the eye

that rainbow.

Praying with both the hands

silence that crescendo of moon

from the heart.

Listening to the music that massive memory loss

cause

wipe out from the thigh

that compliance

Never do you say ‘so long’

being all by yourself.

One and all that you forgot to bid goodbye

would turn into words once again and arrive.

Just as in the region where a lion roars

a shadow faraway shaking _

Parting ways

and then growing normal, always…

ஒரு காதலுக்கு விடைகொடுக்க நினைத்தால்

மீன் தொட்டியில் இருக்கும்

மீங்களுக்கு தீனியிட்டுக்கொண்டே

கண்ணிலிருந்து அறுத்தெறி

அந்த வானவில்லை..

இரு கைகளாலும் பிரார்த்தித்துக்கொண்டு

மார்பிலிருந்து மௌனமாக்கிவிடு

அந்நிலவின் உச்சத்தை.

பெரும் மறதி உண்டாக்கும் இசையை கேட்டுக்கொண்டே

தொடையிலிருந்து

அழித்துவிடு அந்த அகிம்சையை.

ஒருபோதும் தன்னந்தனியாய்

காதலுக்கு மட்டும் விடைகொடுத்து விடாதே.

நீ விடை கொடுக்க மறந்த ஒவ்வொன்றும் மீண்டும் வார்த்தையாகி

வந்துவிடும்.

சிங்கம் வலிமையாய் கர்ஜிக்கும் இடத்தில்

தூரத்தில் ஒரு நிழல் நடுங்குவதைப் போன்றதுதான் ஒன்றைப் பிரிவதும்

பின் இயல்பாகுவதும்...
