Blue is made of Meera’s heart
I would have drawn
Look at the sky
Kannan’s portrait is closely embedded
and ever oscillates in the sky and earth.
When the house is aflame
Tossing thoughts
Allowed I the rain
Shelter there was none.
Though flower falls on the creeper
I drew stars
That’s all
Though traces of treason were seen
in what I had drawn
Most of the people
gratefully gifted music to me
The melody springing out of my flute
through the playful commentaries
of the seven hues
have come to stay in land and space.
ஓவியனை வாசித்த புல்லாங்குழலில் வர்ண இசை

நீலம் மீரா ஆன்மாவால் ஆனது
நான் வரைந்திருப்பேன்
வானத்தைப் பார்
கண்ணனின் ஓவியம்
நெருக்கமாக நிலைநிறுத்தப்பட்டு விண்ணிலும் மண்ணிலும் ஊசலாடுகிறது
வீடு தீப்பிடிக்கும் போது
எண்ணங்கள் சிதறடிக்க
மழையை அனுமதித்தேன்
தங்க இடமில்லை
பூ கொடியில் விழுகிறது எனினும் நட்சத்திரங்கள் நான் வரைந்தேன்
அவ்வளவு தான்
எனது ஓவியத்தில்
துரோகம் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டாலும்
பெரும்பாலான மக்கள்
மிக்க நன்றியுடன்
இசையை எனக்கு
பரிசளித்தார்கள்
என் புல்லாங்குழலில் வெளிப்படும் மெல்லிசை
ஏழு வண்ணங்களைப் பற்றிய வர்ணனை விளையாட்டுகள் மூலம் நிலத்திலும் வானத்திலும் இடம்பெற்றது
