SUNDAY BUDDHA

At dawn

Jesus himself pushed aside the rock

and closing the tomb

came out.

Seeing that the heavenly beings

and his disciples

had not come

He became silent.

At that juncture

Jesus said aloud

Eli Eli Lama Sabachthani?

that banged against the Calvary Mount

and echoed back to Jesus.

In the day dawned

Jesus dissolved.

This is a secret

Another one is that

I was hanging from that tree.

புத்த ஞாயிறு

விடியலில்

ஏசுவே கல்லறையை மூடியிருந்த

பாறையை அப்புறப்படுதியபடி

வெளியே வந்தார்

வானவர்களும் சீடர்களும்

வராதது கண்டு மெளனமானார்.

அப்போது ஏசு சப்தமிட்டு

"ஏலி ஏலி லாமா சபக்தானி"

என்றார்.

அது கல்வாரி மலையில்பட்டு

ஏசுவுக்கே திரும்பக் கேட்டது.

புலர்ந்த பொழுதில்

கரைந்துபோனார் ஏசு

இது இரகசியமான ஒன்று

மற்றொன்று

நான் அந்த மரத்திலிருந்து

தொங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்தேன்.
