As I go on reading
I salvage
as a silent stain
Words as grain-seeds sprouting
protrude everywhere within
Instant arousal
lifts me aloft
from my own self
In the smithereens of the springs
bursting forth
resins losing their relevance
Such moments that do happen
once in a blue moon
probing me
in vain
foam and brim
sans reason.

மீள்கிறேன் ஒரு மௌனக்கறையாய்
வார்த்தைகள் முளைப்பாரிகளாய்
மனனெங்கும் துருத்திக்கொண்டு
சட்டெனப் பீடித்த கிளர்ச்சி
என்னிலிருந்து என்னை
உயரத்தில் ஏந்தியபடி
வெடித்து அரும்பிய
ஊற்றுகளின் உடைசல்களில்
காரணமற்றுப் போன
பிசின்கள்
எப்பொழுதேனும்
நேர்ந்துவிடும்
இந்தக் கணங்கள்
என்னை
துழாவிப் பிடிபடாது
நுரைத்துத் ததும்பும்
விளக்கமற்று.
2. THE LEADEN ASS

dark
In its wail towards the
forlorn firmament
the slush of rain still not poured out
Dragging along the burden of iron
dreaming of getting lost
at the turns of wildernesses
in the patches of luminance of mountain caves
in the water collected at the windings of river _
The drifting refugee.
This metallic donkey that transport
unknown passengers and luggages
to different directions
has no messages to transmit.
The heart of train that mimes the act of rolling along the tracks
In the manner of an adept fiction-writer
spinning the meaning and speeding along
is spherical as well.
உலோகக் கழுதை
ரயிலின் இதயம்
பெரியது
கருத்தது
தனித்த வானத்தை நோக்கிய
அதன் ஓலத்தில்
பெய்யப்படாத மழையின் சகதி
வனாந்திரங்களின் திருப்பங்களில்
ஆற்றுத் தடத்தின் நீர்த்திரளில்
மலைக் குகைகளின் ஒளித்திட்டுகளில்
தொலைந்துபோவதற்கான கனவில்
இரும்பின் பாரத்தை இழுத்துக்கொண்டு
அலையும் ஏதிலி
பெயர் தெரியாத பயணிகளை பொதிகளை
திசைகளுக்குக் கடத்திவிடும்
உலோகக் கழுதைக்கு
தெரிவிப்பதற்கென்று செய்திகள்
எப்போதும் இல்லை
தண்டவாளங்களில் செல்லும்
பாவனையை ஒரு
தேர்ந்த புனைவாளனைப்
போல செய்துகாட்டி
அர்த்தத்தை உருட்டியோடும்
ரயிலின் இதயம்
வட்டமானதும் கூட
லீனா மணிமேகலை
