Leaves scattering in Circle Square
Triangle
Fool’s patterns
Bird’s beaks
Butterflies wings
Elephant’s slow –moving form
Parrots’ rays and arrays of
hues
Penguin’s snowy smile....
In the clothes cut and thrown
pouring a new life
with the flame of fingers _

தையல் பறவை
வட்டம், சதுரம்,
முக்கோணத்தில் சிதறி விழும் இலைகள்.
முட்டாளின் கோலங்கள்,
பறவையின் அலகுகள்,
பட்டாம்பூச்சியின் இறகுகள்,
யானையின் மெதுவான உருவம்,
கிளிகளின் நிறக்கோலம்,
பென்குவினின் பனிப் புன்னகை—
வெட்டி எறிந்த துணிகளில்
விரல்களின் சுடரால்
புதிய உயிர் ஊற்றும் தையல் கலைஞன்.
