A lone strand of feather seen

in a landscape filled with

luscious green

must have come crossing

lands bereft of joy

Stroking oneself with bird’s feather

is a kind of serene quietude.

Stirring the content of a bottle of balm

with a strand of feather

and applying the mix on pain

is a reconciliation

The Velvette of a feather

is so very soothing.

For the heart to gain it

it should receive

thousand embraces and above

பசுமை நிறைந்த நிலக் காட்சியில்

காணக்கிடைக்கும் ஓர் இறகு

மகிழ்ச்சி இல்லாத நிலப்பரப்புகளைக்

கடந்துதான் வந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

பறவை இறகால் வருடிக் கொள்வது

ஒருவகை சாந்தம்.

தைலப் புட்டியினுள் ஓர் இறகால் துழாவி

வலியின் மேல் பூசுகையில்

அது ஒரு சமரசம்.

ஒரு இறகின் அந்த வெல்வெட்

இதமானது.

மனம் இதை அடைய ஆயிரம் தழுவலைப்

பெற வேண்டும் அன்பே.

It is the parrots that have turned this evening

so very lovely

Just as bird’s feathers

keep your mind and heart well cushioned

When you fly

Only when you fly

use them.

Celebrate them as fireworks brilliant.

Don’t imagine yourself

to be fluttering

and turn emotional

Don’t claim the bird your own

and try to shape its life

declaring that from the moment it came

into your view

you have fallen in love with it.

Flying and wandering is what a bird is

all about, My Dear

If your heart had grown shrunken

and after experiences intense

If you want to resurrect it

Go wandering like a bird

for a while

and return

Becoming a bird is but

the heart’s desire to renew itself.

Near the Moon parrots soar on and on

with no dead-end lanes.

இந்த மாலையை அழகாக்கியது கிளிகள் தான்.

ஒரு பறவை இறகுகள் போல

இதயத்தையும் மனதையும் மூடி வைத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். நீங்கள் பறந்தால்

பறக்கும் போதும் மட்டுமே

பயன்படுத்துங்கள்.

வான வேடிக்கைகள் என இதை கொண்டாடிச் செல்லுங்கள்.

நீங்கள் பறப்பதுபோல உள் வாங்கி

உணர்ச்சி வசப் படாதீர்கள்.

பார்த்த உடனேயே எனக்கு பிடித்து போயிற்று என அதை

உங்களுடனே வளர்க்க நினைக்காதீர்கள்.

அலைந்து திரிதலே பறவை அன்பே.

மனம் முடங்கி நீண்ட அனுபவங்களுக்கு பிறகு மனதை புதுப்பிக்க விரும்பினால்

பறவையாக சற்று அலைந்து பின்

திரும்புங்கள்.

மனம் புதுப்பித்தலை தேடும் ஒரு நிலையே பறவையாதல்.

நிலவுக்கருகே கிளிகள் பறக்கிறது முட்டுச் சந்துகளற்று.
