The last bird of the

endangered species

migrating

having inside its wings

Music appropriate

for predicting the thoughts of the

mentally deranged

and set them okay

is but the lock of silence

too well locked

sans key.

மன நோயாளியின்

எண்ணங்களைக் கணித்து

சீர் செய்ய

அதற்கு இயைய இசைந்த இசையை

தன் இறக்கைகளுக்குள் வைத்து

வலசை திரும்பும்

அருகி வரும் இனத்தின்

கடைசிப் பறவை

மௌனத்தின்

சாவி அல்லாப் பூட்டிய பூட்டு

Pursuing the first ever wave that

right from the very start

running in search of something

and reaching the shore

all other waves

keep swimming within.

From Full Moon to New Moon

Each day dissimilar

Ever anew

A day so quiet

and another uproarious

On all days

You and you alone

remained always

eyeing your face as ever

in the mindscape mirror.

ஆதி முதல்

எதையோடி தேடி

முதலில் கரைதொட்ட

அலையைப் பின்தொடர்ந்து

அத்தனை அலைகளும்

மனதிற்குள் நீந்துகின்றன

பௌர்ணமி முதல் அமாவாசை வரை

ஒவ்வொரு நாளுக்கு

ஒவ்வொரு மாதிரியாய்

அமைதியான ஒரு நாளிலும்

ஆர்ப்பரிக்கும் மறு நாளிலும்

நீயே இருந்தாய்

மனக்கண்ணாடியில் முகம் பார்த்தபடி.
