We are so used to a life of

going past, as usual,

the all too rare death

That takes place in that split-second

of that very moment

For that split-second of that particular moment

We have become close friends

As the tongue turning dry ere

it could experience the taste of the Tea

This Life is turning

So very simple.

In its end

The great sea grandly illusory

falling upon the shore

keep fumbling on

the Shore

and the Sea

forever.

அந்த நொடியின்

அந்த கணத்தில் நிகழும்

அபூர்வமான ஒரு மரணத்தை

எப்போதும்போல்

கடந்துபோகும் ஒரு வாழ்விற்கு

நாம் பழகிவிட்டோம்

அந்த நொடியின்

அந்தக் கணத்திற்கு

நாம்

நண்பர்களாக

மாறிவிட்டோம்.

ஒரு தேநீரின்

சுவையை அடைவதற்குள்

வறண்டுபோகும் நாவினைப்போல்

இந்த வாழ்வு

அவ்வளவு எளிதாக

மாறிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது

இதன் இறுதியில்

ஒரு பெரும் கனவாகிய

பெருங்கடல் கரையில் விழுந்து

கரையிலும்

கடலிலும்

தடுமாறிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது.
